Refund & Cancellation Policy

Donations made to our organization are used for charitable purposes. Once a donation is made, it cannot be refunded except in rare cases of duplicate transactions.

Eligibility for Refund

• Accidental duplicate payment
• Wrong amount charged due to technical error

Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, email us within 24 hours at matanarmadafoundation@gmail.com with payment details and proof of transaction.

All genuine refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days.
